DirectBuy of Boston Metro West owners Joe & Christine LaCascia announced the promotion of Cathy Graham to Service Manager.

In her new position, Graham will be responsible for operation and supervision of the DirectBuy showroom. The Service Manager also ensures the high quality standards for which DirectBuy is renowned.
